RETURNS POLICY
All postal orders are covered by a 14-day return policy.
Customers must notify us if they wish to return an item before sending the item, for an efficient returns process. The item must then be returned within the 14-day period from delivery of sale.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered, including any boxes, certificates, tags, or documentation supplied with the item.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing cannot be accepted for return.
RETURN POSTAGE
Returns must be sent using a tracked or recorded postal service that covers the full value of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If you are unsure which service to use, please contact the store for guidance.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the original postage cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
INSPECTION & REFUNDS
All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival.
Refunds will only be issued once the item has been confirmed to be in the same condition in which it was dispatched.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been approved. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
CUSTOMISED & RESIZED ITEMS
Certain items can be customised, including ring resizing, rhodium plating, engraving, or other modifications.
Once an item has been customised, resized, engraved, rhodium plated, or otherwise altered, it is considered made to order and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty.
Ring sizing services are available on selected items at an additional cost. Please contact us for details relating to the specific item.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
